Pepperdine Athletics 2011 – 2012 Year in Review
The Pepperdine Athletics Department enjoyed a banner year winning several championships and appearing in post-season play including:

• West Coast Conference championships in women’s volleyball, women’s soccer, men’s tennis, women’s tennis, women’s golf and baseball
• American Volleyball Coaches’ Association (AVCA) Inaugural Sand Volleyball Team National Championship and Individual National Championship
• NCAA playoff appearances in women’s volleyball (Elite Eight), women’s soccer, men’s tennis (Final Four), women’s tennis, men’s & women’s golf (Nationals) and baseball

Waves of Service Speaker Series
Learn how to incorporate service in your life by watching the Waves of Service Speaker Series. Waves of Service Leaders offer their expertise, from nonprofit management to grant writing to recruiting support for a cause. Full length versions of the series are available on iTunesU.

Become a Waves of Service Leader
Waves of Service Leaders are alumni engaged in service, including: volunteers, employees at nonprofit organizations, employees engaged in corporate outreach projects, and people in other service careers (e.g. educators, military, social services). As a Leader, you can network with other alumni and friends of Pepperdine, connect your service projects to University events, get marketing and publicity for your initiative or organization, and access volunteer and other resources.
